Empowering life in the outdoors since 1830.
Chi siamo
Empowering life in the outdoors since 1830. Established in Pennsylvania by founder John Rich. Today, it is the oldest American outdoor clothing brand, encompassing two labels: the high-end outerwear line distributed worldwide and Woolrich Outdoor, designed in Japan. With almost 200 years of history and rich heritage, the brand now embraces an #OutdoorHeart style with a contemporary European design that speaks to the #UrbanSpirit. The Woolrich brand is owned by Woolrich International, a new entity created in 2016 after the merger between Woolrich Inc. and Woolrich Europe that continues to push the brand to the forefront of the outdoor wear category. The Woolrich Outdoor Foundation is proud to share its recent collaboration with ARTEPARCO. Now in its seventh year, ARTEPARCO was born from the desire of bringing contemporary art into the heart of the Abruzzo, Lazio, and Molise National Park, creating an open-air museum where nature takes center stage. On July 27th, we unveiled this year’s site-specific installation, Rinascita of the artist Megx: a terracotta work representing a female figure emerging from the trunk of a dead tree, her arms raised like branches toward the sky, symbolizing spring and embodying the cyclical nature of life. To cap off an evening of art and nature, Syria delighted the audience with a sunset acoustic concert in tribute to Gabriella Ferri. Through this project, we're not only promoting environmental sustainability and art education, but also raising awareness about the importance of land and nature preservation. By involving local communities, we aim to foster respect for nature, encouraging sustainable practices. Discover more about our ongoing collaboration with ARTEPARCO here: https://lnkd.in/g4ZQZGFm
