Construction Engineer

Within the Robotics and Industrialized Solutions Business Line (ROIS), we are looking for a Construction Engineer

Mission:

• Support construction organization during bid and execution activities, ensuring the management of the interface with engineering and procurement departments, overseeing the availability of the construction material and equipment.
• Ensure full compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, corporate and project requirements thought the implementation of company tools and methodology.
• Support project organization on construction Strategy definition and construction execution plan.
  
  

Task:

• Promote safe works practice and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standard are respected.
• Ensure the fulfillment of the project quality and contractual requirements
• Coordinate with Project Team set-up of time schedule
• Ensure with Procurement team the correct set-up of material procurement flow
• Ensure the preparation of RFQ during Bid and Execution Projects, including TBE for final evaluation of Subcontractors and Services
• During the Bid & early EPC phase, assist the Construction lead in preparing for quotation & technical bid evaluation for the activity pertaining Mechanical works
• Ensure the preparation of the TCF design, procurement and construction method and schedule
• Give all the information regarding progress of the work including the cause of the deviations between the program and the work carried out and propose solutions and/or request instructions to overcame these problems. Control production in term of efficiency and productivity
  
  

QUALIFICATION: Laurea ingegneria (meccanica preferred) or previous experience in the role

KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: B2

LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: full contract

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: At least 3 years in similar background

IT SKILLS: Autocad, Suite Office, Navis works

SOFT SKILLS: Teamwork and leadership skills and cross-functional team coordination attitude

NICE TO HAVE: Willingness to get involved in a challenging and new environment

LOCATION: Milan

Contract type: permanent, salary package commensurate with the level of experience
