Legal Counsel

Our client, one of the leading and rapidly expanding digital infrastructure companies in Europe, is offering the opportunity for an experienced Italian Lawyer to contribute to their dynamic and high-achieving legal team based in Milan.

As the Legal Counsel, you will provide legal support and advice for Telco Towers construction projects involving the business and third-party partners.

This includes Drafting, Negotiating and Advising on terms of commercial contracts (including construction agreements, service contracts, ground leases, leases, purchases, supply contracts, NDAs, framework agreements, tenders etc.) with clients and suppliers.

To be considered for this position you must have:

• real estate legal experience from a civil and an administrative perspective i.e. administrative law, public tenders legislations, administrative construction permits know-how etc.
• Fluent in Italian and English both written and spoken
• A minimum of 7 years of legal experience, ideally gained in an in-house legal team
• Experience in the Telecommunications industry is an advantage.
