YOUR ROLE

The position is in ST Agrate 200mm Wafer Fab, Dry Etch process engineering group.

Main job responsibilities and tasks of the team will be:

• Deliver to manufacturing and grant robust manufacturing processes responding to deadlines, quality and cost requirements in compliance with environmental matters/rules.
• Draft equipment specification and operational procedures, manage the spc and apc controls for the relevant equipments & processes.
• Ensure equipment uptime and productivity targets, OEE targets in cooperation with colleagues, equipment eng, maintenance eng.
• Cooperate with different functions (Process Integration, Device eng, Industrial eng, ICT, CAM group etc.)
• Manage Process or technology qualification/transfer and industrialization
• Manage quality methodologies on working environment by widely usage of risk assessment approach implementing or updating control and preventive strategies, based on new requirements or as improvement of current conditions
• To develop/improve processes through demo and D.O.E.
  
  

Your Skills & Experiences

• Master degree (Scientific degree: Physics, Material Science, Chemistry, Engineering)
• Years of Work Experience - 0 to 4.
• English Knowledge, problem solving ability, statistical analysis skill.
• Good team work ability. good presentation skills.
