RINA is currently recruiting for a Project Manager Aerospace to join its office in Firenze (Campi Bisenzio) within the Aerospace & Defence Division.
Mission
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / subcontractor manager to join our office in Firenze (Campi Bisenzio).
Key Accountabilities
Creation of the WBS and Project baseline, in collaboration with the Program Manager/Chief Engineer, taking responsibility for defining the plans and assigned project schedules.
subcontractor / suppliers management, PM will deal with both the various programs and suppliers, interfacing with colleagues from the commercial side and institutions for technical reviews.
Identifcation and monitoring the project critical paths.
Supporting for defining the scenario of future orders for the purposes of forecasting workloads.
in collaboration with Finance, supporting the preparation of Budget objectives annual and five-year Business Plan and defines the sales milestone plan.
Management of the daily activities of the Project Control staff dedicated to its contracts/projects.
Cost control and calculation of the overall project (EAC - Estimate at Completion) every 6 months
Risk management (financial and operational)
Coordination of project resources, with particular focus on Project Business Team
Establishing and managing project workload forecasting.
Qualifications
at least two years of experience in the Aerospace sector.
Tool: MS Office, Project, Eclipse (nice to have)
Certification required: PMP, Prince2 or equivalent
mission trips throughout Italy and Europe
The profile is completed by a good knowledge of the English language (B2/C1) and solid and demonstrable experience in Project Management issues.
