🌟 At SHIFT, we recently held a workshop in collaboration with Kyoto University, inviting students to experience our commitment to quality through the art of folding paper cranes. The workshop focused on the challenge of producing "high-quality paper cranes in large quantities." Participants explored key concepts such as defining what makes a 'good crane,' visualizing quality, and eliminating waste by balancing quality with cost and productivity. This hands-on activity introduced students to SHIFT’s core values of analysis, visualization, and standardization. #SHIFT #Workshop #Innovation #JapanJobs #JobSeekers Follow us on LinkedIn for daily updates about SHIFT!
