Happy Friday! 🎊 February is wrapping up on a high note for us! First, we've just hit 450 followers! 🥳 🎊 thank you for being part of our incredible community! And, just two weeks ago, this was nothing more than a spark of an idea. Then suddenly, we were writing a script, putting together a pitch deck, and walking into a spontaneous meeting with ONE FILM PICTURES—hoping they'd see what we saw. By the next day, they sent us an email: "We're in." And just like that, we had three days to pull off pre-production. Then came shoot day—racing against the Nairobi rain in the morning, only to find ourselves under the scorching Nyathuna sun in the afternoon. But through it all, we captured something truly special: a love story in early 2000s Kenya 🇰🇪. This film is for those who have lost someone they love, those who find Valentine's Day bittersweet, those who carry memories in their hearts but don’t always know where to place them. Because grief? Recently, while working on our upcoming film 14.02, we faced unexpected weather challenges, when we left Nairobi, it was raining heavily, but when we got to Nyathuna, it felt like it's summer time! The sun was too hot and we didn't have a flag. But through teamwork and passion, we quickly adapted and saved our DP!
