KEPROBA, led by CEO Ms. Floice Mukabana, held productive discussions with the team spearheading the establishment of the Kenya Consulate in Guangzhou, led by the State Department for Foreign Affairs’ Deputy Director, Africa Affairs Directorate, Mr. Wario Guyo. The engagement focused on enhancing trade promotion, market access, and the branding of Kenyan products in China, underscoring the importance of collaboration between KEPROBA and the Consulate. As a global trade and manufacturing hub, Guangzhou presents immense opportunities for Kenyan exporters and investors, hosting premier trade fairs like the Canton Fair. The new Consulate is set to play a pivotal role in deepening economic ties, facilitating market entry, and amplifying the Kenya brand in China.
