Calling All Visionaries: 3D Designer Wanted! Do you bring spaces to life with stunning 3D visualizations? Are you passionate about design and possess a knack for translating ideas into reality? If so, we want to hear from you! We're seeking a talented and creative 3D Designer to join our growing team. Here's what you'll be doing: ·        Craft detailed line drawings and 2D plans using ArchiCAD or AutoCAD, including furniture layouts, MEP drawings, and detailed ceiling plans. ·        Breathe life into concepts with 3D modelling and rendering using 3D Max and Lumion. This includes kitchens, residential spaces, commercial areas, and landscapes. ·        Masterfully wield Photoshop to enhance visuals and create impactful presentations. ·        Manage design projects effectively, attending site visits and sourcing materials from suppliers. ·        Impress clients with your research skills, ability to pitch innovative design ideas and develop mood boards and color palettes. ·        Communicate clearly and collaborate seamlessly with the team. The ideal candidate will possess: ·        Proficiency in ArchiCAD or AutoCAD for creating detailed 2D plans. ·        Expertise in 3D Max and Lumion for high-quality modelling and rendering. ·        In-depth knowledge of Adobe Photoshop. ·        Project management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and tasks efficiently. ·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ·        A passion for design and a strong understanding of colour theory and mood boards.
