Closing the #GenderFinanace gap is critical if African countries are to achieve all-round economic development. Because: - how do women in Africa have the highest participation in economic activity, yet are the least contributors to GDP? - how are 75% of agricultural sector workers in Africa women, yet only 3% are owners of agricultural land? - how do African women typically invest 90% of their income on the welfare of their families, yet only 5% of them can receive a bank loan?
