All the Nairobi Securities Exchange PLC benchmark indices posted a strong performance in today's trading session. The NSE 20 share Index was up 78.02 points to stand at 1,942.74 . The NSE All Share Index (NASI) gained 2.83 points to close at 119.33. The NSE 25 Share Index edged up 50.89 points to settle at 3205.82. Today’s turnover soared to Kes. 475.9 Million from Kes. 144 Million transacted in the previous session, with 57 Million shares traded compared to 9 Million in the last session. Safaricom PLC was the day’s biggest mover trading 12.2 Million shares valued at Kes. 212 Million.
