2024 has been a transformative year for us at Tandem! We’ve taken a bold step toward supporting our team in more holistic ways by introducing full-day mental wellness workshops facilitated by one of the best clinical psychologists in the country, Dr. Tima Khamis. And we’re absolutely loving the results! As creatives, our work is deeply tied to our emotional and psychological state. That’s why it’s critical to empower teams not just with job-related skills and tools but also with psychological support. This year, we’ve prioritized normalizing mental wellness sessions for our team, creating safe spaces for reflection, growth, and balance.
