We're excited to announce that GC Cell has received #MFDS clearance for the #IND of our Phase I trial of #GCC2005, an allogenic anti-CD5 CAR-NK therapy targeting T-cell malignancies. #GCC2005 aims to overcome key challenges of current CAR-T therapies, such as fratricide and T-Cell Aplasia, while offering improved durability and efficacy. This could provide broader and more affordable treatment options for various lymphoma subtypes. We are excited to announce a groundbreaking collaborative research initiative with Checkpoint Therapeutics Inc to explore the synergistic potential of two innovative treatments: cosibelimab, an anti-PD-L1 antibody with a dual mechanism of action, and Immuncell-LC, a cutting-edge autologous CIK T cell therapy developed by GC Cell. Our collaboration will commence with non-clinical studies aimed at evaluating the combined effectiveness of these treatments in targeting and destroying cancer cells. By leveraging the robust CIK T cell response from Immuncell-LC and the ADCC mechanism of action from cosibelimab, we aim to uncover potentially groundbreaking advancements in cancer treatment.
