More of the 38 use cases in the space of Decentralized & Distributed AI. - Human-in-the-Loop: A platform where AI agents can hire humans for tasks requiring real-world actions or human judgment: e.g., sending a package, taking a picture, or providing feedback on AI-generated content. - AI-Native Contracts: A global, permissionless system for AI agents to enter and enforce contracts with commitment devices and cryptographic tools for compliance and privacy. - AI-Assisted Cybersecurity: Imagine a 24/7 digital warfare where AI agents actively probe, pentest, and find new exploits. This continuous arms race between offensive and defensive AI drives rapid advancements in cybersecurity. - AI-Assisted Governance: AI systems that help break down complex issues, assist in decision-making, mediate conflicts, and even act as individual democratic representatives. This could revolutionize organizational and political governance. - Variable Privacy: Flexible approaches where users choose privacy levels. From TEE (moderate privacy, lower cost) to FHE (stronger privacy, higher cost). ICO for AI: Crowdfunding mechanisms for AI models. Invest time, compute, or money in model creation, receive a share of future profits. - Token Auctions: A new primitive where market participants bid on model outputs to include advertising information. - Agent Schedulers: Think intelligent cron jobs for AI. Agents that "wake" themselves to complete tasks autonomously. Similar to smart contract automation but for AI agents. - AI Moderation: Decentralized networks of AI agents working together to moderate online content across platforms, reducing bias and improving accuracy. - AI-SSI: Self-sovereign identity system by AI and for AI that improves security, privacy, and user experience in digital interactions. - AI-Driven Decentralized Prediction Markets: Platforms where AI agents and humans collaboratively forecast events, improving accuracy and reducing manipulation. The future of AI is multi-agent, open, and collaborative. Explore the full breakdown here: https://lnkd.in/dRxSFkmU We at cyber.fund are ready to speak with you!

38 use cases, building or investment ideas and requests for startups in the space of Decentralized & Distributed AI. Full article available here: https://lnkd.in/dRxSFkmU Or read below for some highlights 👇 - Why it matters: Decentralized AI reduces centralized control and promises unbiased and permissionless systems for innovation. It's not just about token-gated chatbots; it's about making AI safe, accessible, collaborative and open. - Decentralized Compute: Imagine running complex AI models without relying on big tech. Decentralized compute will be able to compete in price and performance with cloud offerings while providing better privacy guarantees and more flexibility. - Data Incentivization Networks: These systems reward contributors for generating valuable datasets and verifiers for ensuring accuracy. This creates a self-sustaining ecosystem of high-quality data, be it synthetic, user-generated or scraped. - Continuously Pre-trained Models: Imagine a large decentralized network of contributors creating and updating AI models in real-time. This ensures the most relevant and up-to-date results, adaptable to evolving contexts. - Decentralized Model Evaluation: Ability to benchmark AI applications in specific domains using closed test sets and human-rated tasks. This helps distinguish between models that are genuinely useful vs. those good for casual conversation. - Multi-Agent Systems: Networks of interacting AI agents for complex problem-solving. Decentralized MAS enables continuous adaptation as new capabilities are created or market conditions change. - AI-Native Finance: As agents manage budgets (in tokens or compute allocations), we'll need new tools for AI-native credit, accounting, checking. This opens up a new financial paradigm for AI systems. - AI Memory: Systems that allow agents to record and process user interactions, creating long-term memory graphs. This leads to more useful and delightful user experiences across multiple AI applications. If you're building on any of these ideas, we at cyber•Fund would love to speak with you!

The Internet of Intelligence is emerging as the next evolution of the web. Unlike web2 or web3, where you manually use apps, IOI is a self-organizing network of AI agents to understand your needs and deliver precise solutions. Just ask, and it gets done. The true power of the Internet of Intelligence (IOI) lies in its interconnectedness, much like the human brain. It's the interoperability between AI agents that unlocks potential far beyond what any single model or company could achieve. At its core, IOI is a decentralized marketplace where millions of AI agents collaborate to complete tasks. Users simply input their needs, and the system delivers results without the need for browsing or searching. In the world of IOI, software and hardware aren't just tools – they become active participants, working alongside you. You no longer just use apps; you collaborate with an intelligent system that understands and executes your intentions. For example, if you're building a website for your startup, you’d simply submit the task and deposit funds. AI agents would then handle everything from coding and testing to deploying and running ad campaigns. This isn't some distant future – the technology is already here. What’s needed is a new protocol for AI-to-AI communication and a decentralized network where various AI agents and tools can interact seamlessly. The IOI stack comprises distributed computing, high-quality data with provenance, diverse machine learning models, robust evaluations, autonomous agents, and multi-agent workflows, all underpinned by an AI economy. This new paradigm has the potential to add trillions to the global economy by automating complex tasks across industries, potentially boosting productivity by 20-30% in knowledge-intensive sectors. The transition to an AI-driven workforce isn't just possible – it's economically inevitable. The key question is how we shape this shift to benefit all of humanity. For a deeper dive into the technical architecture, potential risks, and economic impact of IOI, you can read the full article https://lnkd.in/d6kRQTQH. At cyber•Fund, we're on the lookout for visionaries who are building the foundational elements of the IOI stack. If you're working on the future of decentralized AI, we'd love to support your work.
