Title: Technical Solutions Architect Role Overview: As a Technical Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in our client engagements by helping to design and propose AI-driven solutions that address their specific needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their technical challenges and translate these into effective solution architectures. This role requires a strong technical background, especially in Generative AI, as well as the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and requirements. Your primary focus will be on creating technical solutions, providing consultation, and ensuring our clients are supported throughout the engagement process. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Serve as the primary technical contact, understanding client needs and advising on how Generative AI technologies can achieve their business objectives. Solution Architecture: Design robust, scalable AI architectures and develop detailed solution documentation. Consultation: Provide strategic and technical advice to clients, addressing their questions and helping navigate AI solution implementation. Rapid Adaptation: Quickly adapt to new technologies, delivering solutions and proposals even under tight deadlines. Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and company standards. Hands-on Experience: Occasionally involve yourself in proof of concepts, demos, and initial implementations. Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and contribute to the improvement of processes and methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least 6 years of experience in designing and architecting solutions, with a minimum of 1 year in Generative AI. Strong expertise in AI technologies and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS). Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java). Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of engaging clients and translating their needs into technical solutions. High adaptability and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver quality work under pressure.
