Today marks an exciting milestone for BROSWARM! As well as announcing a new round of €800,000, we’re revealing our latest progress and the next steps in our work in advancing mine detection technology. With the recent support from ScaleWolf and new partnerships, to be announced, we’re another step closer (but far from done) to clearing the world from landmines. We are moving closer to deep-tech and developing new tech better adapted for mine-detection in modern times. Specifically, we are working on our X-Ray Eagle sensor, a breakthrough in drone-mounted mine detection that combines depth precision and 3D imaging to meet the needs of today’s challenging terrains. A tiny preview in the images. A huge thank you to our team, partners, and supporters for fuelling this journey, as well as the journalists that have covered our story and the issue of landmines. We keep taking steps towards a mine-free future! We’re honored to have participated at the NATO Innovation Showcase at their Centre for Maritime Research and Experimentation (CMRE) in La Spezia, Italy! This world-class NATO research facility, with over 60 years of expertise, provided an incredible platform for us to demonstrate our technology alongside top innovators—including NATO DIANA winners, NATO Challenge champions, and other trailblazing solutions under NATO’s radar. Our tech stood before top NATO personnel, and we had the privilege to test it at CMRE’s cutting-edge facilities. Grateful to NATO for not only giving us a stage but for fostering collaboration toward the future of defense technology and de-mining. We keep moving forward.

Proud moment as our CEO, Ernestas Žvaigždinas, spoke at the main event for the Lithuanian Riflemen Union. He shared our journey with Broswarm, expressing heartfelt thanks to the Lithuanian government, military, investors, advisors, ScaleWolf, and the tech community. It’s inspiring to see everyone united for such an important cause. We’re excited to continue working together to make a real impact in de-mining.

We've been recognised by TechRound as one of the top defence tech startups of the moment! But we are only getting started. After raising our pre-seed and recently becoming the winner of NATO's Innovation Challenge, we're going for a lot more! Stay tuned. https://lnkd.in/dSM5WnVt

📍 🇫🇷 BROSWARM was present at the biggest European defence conference, Eurosatory in Paris. Our CEO Ernestas Žvaigždinas and CTO Karolis Žvaigždinas saw a range of products and innovations that we believe can help move the needle to bring peace and stop deaths all over the world and in Ukraine. We also realised that not many are looking at mine detection in the way we are, reminding us of the uniqueness of our approach and importance of our mission. That is one of the reasons why we are planning to showcase our tech next year at London's DSEI defence conference in September 2025, where we plan to shake things up in landmine detection. Still some time to go, in the meantime do keep your eyes open for updates from the team.

We were invited to a panel on defence at the Embassy of Finland in Vilnius. It was joined by defence tech representatives, including our CEO Ernestas Žvaigždinas and ScaleWolf Managing Partner Edvinas Kerza, as well some of the region's biggest defence companies. The topic of the discussion was collaboration between startups and large defence companies. For us, it's imperative that we harness the potential of tech from startups through collaboration, there is a war in Europe and every second counts.

We won the NATO Innovation Challenge! After winning a defence tech contest last year, we refined our product through the ScaleWolf accelerator in Vilnius and raising our first $100k, this is a huge vote of confidence in our solution and our technology. What’s Next? We are gearing up for our market launch, patenting a new technology to detect various sizes and depths of landmines, and preparing for our next funding round. And we will visit Ukraine to test the product further. Our goal remains to make the biggest possible impact in the real world by eliminating the threat of mines, and thereby enhancing safety and saving lives. Stay tuned for more updates!

BROSWARM is a finalist at the 14th NATO Innovation Challenge! In only two days, international defence sector experts will evaluate a number of projects. We're one of 5 Lithuanian companies from among the 11 finalists. The focus for this year was on Remote Explosive-Contaminated Area Recognition and Neutralization, in other words, remote mine clearance operations. This is the first time nato challenge is happening in Lithuania, with cash and NATO development and implementation partnerships in the cards. Good luck to all the participants pulling their weights to tackle this important issue.
