Her passion and commitment led to a well-deserved promotion. Now, she’s our Operations Excellence and Process Improvement Lead, driving efficiency and setting new standards. 🚀 As one of Karina's projects, Ovoko is now exploring AI-assisted Customer Support, learning more about our users every day and helping them in seconds.
