These passports will gather and share data across entire value chains, helping both businesses and consumers better understand the environmental impact of the products and materials they use. ECOSYSTEX, launched in 2023, is building a long-term community of practice focused on textile sustainability and circularity, bringing together academic researchers, industry experts, and technology innovators from across Europe. On October 1st, our team traveled to Murcia, Spain - for the General Assembly of the Trineflex project, hosted by Esamur Entidad Regional de Saneamiento y Depuración de la Región de Murcia. The GA is a recurring moment to #reconnect with the consortium's partners as a whole and to evaluate the project’s progress. We’re thrilled to announce that Syxis is participating in the #rEUman project kickoff, held at the Politecnico di Milano on October 1-2, 2024. ⚙️👥 ⨠ This project is set to play a crucial role in #reshaping the #remanufacturing #industry by developing innovative automated inspection systems and integrating a cutting-edge data management platform. The goal of rEUman is to revolutionize remanufacturing processes by making data more accessible, supporting decision-making, and ensuring compliance with Eco-design for Sustainable Products Regulation guidelines. Syxis at the Wasabi EU Project General Assembly in Athens 🏛️ On September 17th and 18th, we gathered in Athens with our partners for the WASABI EU Project #General #Assembly, focusing on advancing intelligent digital assistance solutions for the manufacturing sector. This initiative is dedicated to enhancing human-AI collaboration through solutions that boost workers’ cognitive abilities, facilitate knowledge transfer via Natural Language Processing (NLP), and up-skill the workforce, ensuring job security as the industry evolves. During the assembly, we discussed key roles within the user journey and explored the impact of WASABI’s three core use cases: ⨠ Augmented management and valorisation of end-of-life products ⨠ Assisted workforce management through a multi-language system ⨠ Assisted quality assurance for sustainable products As an active contributor, Syxis is pioneering #augmented #waste #management and valorization, ensuring efficient resource allocation and sustainability. On September 18th, 2024, we held an online #workshop with our #BATTwin partners to advance WP2 - Multi-sensor data gathering and acquisition system design (Task 2.1), which Syxis is managing. The goal of the session was to deepen our understanding of user stories from both the pilots and technical partners, particularly focusing on data sources. This workshop was crucial to ensure that all technical aspects were clear and aligned. By refining our approach, we can now better design a robust data acquisition system, a critical step toward achieving Zero-Defect #Manufacturing in #battery #production.⚙️🔋 Thanks to this collaborative discussion, we’re paving the way for efficient and accurate development in line with the project’s objectives.
