Major announcement: Teltonika IoT Group now has a new CEO. Arvydas Paukštys transfers the management of the Teltonika company group and remains in charge of the investment management company AGP Investments. Marius Derencius takes over as president of the company Teltonika IoT Group, which controls the Teltonika brand companies. “These changes stem from the business development plans of the investment company AGP Investments. By implementing them, we are consistently increasing the number of our business activities. I am handing over the management of Teltonika to an experienced leader who has dedicated many years to the development of our IoT products business. I believe that this change will allow Teltonika to focus on its ambitious global growth plans, while my increased involvement in AGP Investments’ projects will help other businesses to grow faster,” says A. Paukštys. Moreover, new groups of companies will be formed, operating separately from the Teltonika brand companies. Their activities will include electronics manufacturing services and semiconductor chip design and manufacturing. The aim is to separate the companies developing IoT products from the companies providing electronics manufacturing, component supply, and semiconductor chip manufacturing and design services. We will be able to reveal more news when the changes are implemented.

We have just started another exceptional project – the construction of a plastic and mechanical components manufacturing facility in Vilnius. To mark the occasion, we buried a symbolic time capsule in the building's foundations with a letter to future generations. Minister of Economy and Innovation Ausrine Armonaite and the Mayor of Vilnius, Valdas Benkunskas, who attended the event, said that our plant will make a major contribution to Lithuania's even faster economic growth and to strengthen Vilnius industry. In less than a year, this is the third such celebration at the Teltonika High-Tech Hill technology park, where two more factories will be opening in about a year to produce printed circuit boards and electronics products.

We are starting to implement a new project - the construction of a plastics and mechanical components plant in the Teltonika High-Tech Hill technology park in Vilnius.   It will be one of the largest #plastics plants in Lithuania, creating 300 jobs. The new facility will be used for the #moulding of plastic parts as well as design and production of prototype and mass-produced plastic moulds. This will help to ensure even better product quality and reduce the launch time of new products by half. We will also enter new areas of business, as we will be able to combine and mould components from several different materials such as rubber, plastic, metal, etc.   This will be the third plant #construction start in less than a year! Two more factories are being rapidly built in the technology park. Next year, one of them will be producing printed circuit boards (#PCB), and the other – electronic devices.

Teltonika has opened an office in Tokyo! We had a pleasure to share this news with the Japan Lithuania Friendship Association (JLFA) and the Honorary Consuls of Lithuania in Japan during their visit to Teltonika's new headquarters in Vilnius. 🇯🇵 Japan has become the 22nd country where we have offices. Also, we took this opportunity to tell the honourable guests about our business in Japan and our ambitious plans for the future in this market.

Yesterday, everyone at the Teltonika Technology Centre was filled with curiosity, anticipating who would arrive wearing our favourite colour. We were excited to welcome #NASA astronaut Heidemarie Stefanyshyn-Piper, who shared fascinating insights into the vital role businesses play in space programmes. We're delighted that the esteemed captain and spacewalker chose to visit us here in #Molėtai, to explore firsthand how new technological advancements are shaping the stars of tomorrow.

One of our core values is helping those who need it the most. We are glad that our values are aligned with those of other Lithuanian companies and organisations and that together we can share kindness. American Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania has awarded Teltonika with the golden giraffe statuette for demonstrating the utmost empathy and support for Ukraine in 2023. Last year, we donated €1.45 million to the Radarom! campaign. This statuette will serve as a constant reminder that we cannot be indifferent to people enduring the horrors of war and that we must do what depends on us. We thank the association for encouraging businesses to engage in philanthropic activities and reach out to support the people in need.
