About us
Valcon International was founded in 2001 as a Czech republic based company which has offices in Prague and London. Our projects focus namely on power generation and related industries. Our expertiese is: - combustion,combustion optimisation and control - process control DCS, PLC systems (Allen Bradley, RSLogix, Westinghouse WDPF, Emerson Ovation, Siemens SPPA, Unitronics, Koyo, National Instruments) - functional safety IEC 61508/61511, NFPA - performance calculations ASME PTC, IEEE, IEC - steam turbine design and retrofits - gas turbine design and retrofits - computational fluid dynamics We provide R&D services for following industrial applications: • Power generation and distribution, boilers, gas and steam turbines, combined cycles; • Thermal stations, heat recovery cycles, waste heat utilization; • Hydro turbines; • Chemical, Petrochemical and water treatment plants.

Valcon 10 kW AEM electrolyser gets extended by a 35/350 bar Resato gas booster. Attached video shows the unit in operation. Hydrogen from low pressure 35 bar storage gets compressed by air driven gas booster to 350 bar and accumulates in 350 bar storage. Valcon participated on 27th June at the Czech-Bayern H2 Region Conference in Karlovy Vary organised by Krajská hospodářská komora Karlovarského kraje. We learned a lot about new H2 projects developed in Karlovy Vary region as well as in Bayern.
