The Vilnius City Municipality issued a document permitting construction for the multifunctional complex Akropolis Vingis. In parallel, detailed technical projects for traffic infrastructure improvement projects in the surrounding area of the complex have also been presented to the municipality in order to obtain documents permitting construction for them. As we move forward, the next project steps include obtaining all necessary construction permits for infrastructure projects, preparation of detailed project implementation plans and selecting the optimal financing solutions. EUROVAISTINĖ is starting the construction of a new, 11.8 thousand m2 area, one of the most modern pharmaceutical logistics center in the Baltic States! This logistics center will be built in order to comply with the highest sustainability standards and get a BREEAM In-Use Excellent rating. The new logistics center will be located near Vilnius city. It will employ about 200 warehouse and 30 administration colleagues. The project developer is a real estate development company Galio Group Group.

Naujasis logistikos centras iškils 4,6 ha ploto sklype sostinės Zigmantiškių gatvėje, šalia Vilniaus miesto ir Trakų rajono ribos. Jame dirbs apie 200 sandėlio ir 30 administracijos kolegų. Our group companies continued to focus on cost control and improving operational efficiency, enabling them to provide competitive prices to customers. Steadily growing shopper traffic, strategic business development, mainly of the Stokrotka Sp. z o.o. chain in Poland, and the inclusion of the revenue of the jointly with partners owned pharmacy chain in Sweden, led to a significant increase in the overall turnover of the Vilniaus prekyba group. According to Manfredas Dargužis, the CEO of Maxima Grupė, the Group aimed to maintain stability in volatile market conditions and continued to implement goals: “High inflation and reduced consumption in the markets where the Group operates in 2023 prompted the Group’s companies to focus on implementing new sales promotion strategies and offering attractive pricing to customers. Five shopping and entertainment centres controlled by AKROPOLIS GROUP in Lithuania and Latvia had over 44 million visitors in 2023, which is 7% more than in 2022.
