ELVINGER US is delighted and honored to welcome Alexandre Parrinello to our Investment Fund group in New York. Holder of a Master I and II en droit from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, Alexandre worked for several years as a lawyer at another international law firm and as an in-house counsel of a Swiss international institution. His achievements and extensive expertise in a wide range of corporate matters, including fund structuring and regulatory matters will be an invaluable asset to our team and our clients.

✔ WORK HIGHLIGHT - Elvinger Hoss Prussen and ELVINGER US have provided legal advice to New Mountain Capital in the formation, fund raising and financing activities of their New Mountain Partners VII fund, a private equity fund focusing on business building and growth in acyclical industries. The fund closed with a total capital commitment of $15.4 billion. The fund team was composed of Partner Thibaut Partsch, Senior Associate Luc Marchioni and Associates Raffaella Colosimo, Julie Leclercq and Deniz Aktaş. Last week Fiorenza Cingolani and Jean-Thomas Pradillon had the pleasure to share their expertise on fund structuring, financing and Luxembourg SPVs at a breakfast roundtable organized by Ocorian in New York City that served up fresh insights into fund governance, hosted by Rémy Cornet, Jason Gerlis, Laura Redman and Kendra Foster.   Fiorenza concluded the morning with the compelling observation that: "With its robust and flexible regulatory environment, Luxembourg is best placed to understand and respond to the needs of US fund managers seeking to raise capital in Europe."   We extend our sincere thanks to those who attended and shared their experience and to the Luxembourg American Chamber of Commerce for their support.
