Since opening our local branch in Thessaloniki in 2015, the first IT brand to invest in the area, engaging with the city's IT community has been a core part of our daily operations, leading the way to establish a vibrant tech hub in Northern Greece. Now in our 10th year, our local office has grown to over 200 employees, working on flagship projects that positively impact millions of citizens across Europe. Our participation in the recent Voxxed Days Thessaloniki summit, for yet another year, was a great opportunity to further interact with professionals from the IT field, share ideas and insights, while sharing our vision and perspective in doing business. Interacting with participants at our booth, and hearing their views, ambitions, and aspirations, was both enlightening and rewarding. Furthermore, we had the chance to watch Theodoros Stergiou, PhD, CEng’s technical speech on Dev!SecOps real-life incidents and lessons learned. For yet another consecutive year, we are proud to champion the fight against breast cancer, that counts more than 500,000 new diagnoses every year, raising awareness and contributing to life-saving initiatives through Race for the Cure. Yesterday, our team has come together in full force for this incredible event, organized by Hellenic Association of Women with Breast Cancer, Alma Zois, with almost 200 colleagues participating in the race, in the sunlit streets of Athens. Together, we are not just running for a cause – we are running for hope and for a future free of breast cancer; also, for our survivor colleagues Marianta, Maria, Olga & Tzina! The system has been developed using our inhouse product suite ERMIS™. In response to the recent wildfires that have once again affected Greece, we remain committed to our mission of supporting the healing and restoration of our environment. Continuing our annual Tree Planting initiatives, this year we are expanding our efforts to Athens, Thessaloniki, and Patras, with the goal of planting over 1,000 trees in partnership with we4all. These trees are projected to generate 117,000 kg of oxygen and absorb 22,000 kg of CO₂.
