The collaboration between BLV Advisory Group, Galio Group, and SEB Global Services (SEB Latvija) has resulted in a truly remarkable achievement – the GUSTAVS office centre, which can undoubtedly be regarded as a model of modern and sustainable architecture in Latvia.   Throughout the project, BLV Advisory Group provided expert oversight in construction supervision, with the building officially completed and operational in 2023. The project has also received high praise from industry experts, winning first place in the "Public Building" category at the "Best Building of the Year in Latvia 2023" competition.   We share more details about the project’s implementation process and the successful collaboration between all parties!

📣 On October 4th, we celebrated a special milestone in the construction of the Versum business center – the Topping Out ceremony! The concept of this Estmak Capital project is innovative for the Latvian market, and for it to succeed, it is crucial to allow the client to fully focus on their business goals while we handle the technical matters. In the Versum project, our team provided full technical supervision, sparing the client from having to engage in complex construction processes. Thanks to our approach and teamwork, the project was completed on time, enabling the business center’s tenants to continue growing their businesses without any delays. The Topping Out ceremony marks a significant turning point in any project – it is the moment when we see an idea transform into reality, and it is always a great honor for us as a team.
