Meet Anna Ržavskova – a true aviation multitasker. ✈️ After two fast-paced years leading the SmartLynx Crew Travel Team (and more than a decade in the industry!), she’s recently taken on the role as our Director of Commercial Operations.   Overseeing our commercial processes, Anna plays a key role in keeping our #ACMI operations flying high. 🌟 So, what keeps her motivated along the way?   ☀️ Her go-to mindset: “Keep calm and assume positive intent!” A little optimism goes a long way – even in aviation! ☕ What fuels her on challenging days? “The thought that, no matter how turbulent the day, there’s always a smooth landing ahead – usually involving a coffee refill!” she shares. 🌍 What she loves most about her job: “Aviation connects people across the world. Whether it’s colleagues or partners, every day feels like an international adventure.” ⛅ What are some of the challenges? “Convincing the weather to cooperate with my schedule!” she smiles.   Glad to be flying this journey with you, Anna! Happy Retirement, Captain! 👨✈️ Last week, we had the joy of celebrating the final flight of one of our captains, Jose, as he landed in Riga. 🛬 In true tradition, we welcomed him with a beautiful water salute. We are incredibly proud of all our dedicated pilots who have been part of our team over the years.
