Meet Fatima Ouzarha, our radiant Pastry Sous Chef. My Background: After completing my training in 2011, I gained valuable experience at prestigious venues such as Es Saadi Palace, Namaskar Palace, and La Table d'Antoine. I then honed my skills at Le Douar, mastering both classic and modern desserts before taking on the role of pastry sous-chef at Park Hyatt Marrakech, collaborating with Pastry Chef Oussama Sadiq. My Role as Sous Chef Pastry at Park Hyatt Marrakech : In my position, I oversee dessert preparation for our restaurants and events. Working closely with Chef Oussama, I help design seasonal menus that highlight premium ingredients. My passion for pastry inspires me to experiment with innovative recipes and techniques, constantly evolving my style to deliver unique and impressive creations to our guests. My Favorite Spot at Park Hyatt Marrakech : My favorite place is the back kitchen of TFAYA – brasserie arabesque, where I can see the joy on our guests' faces as they discover and enjoy our desserts. Witnessing their delight is always a touching and fulfilling experience.
