Ideally located in the Carré d'Or, right next to the Casino, the Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo is a sumptuous Belle Époque property that dates to 1886 and has been completely renovated by the famous French architect Jacques Garcia. Thanks to his talent, he has transformed the establishment into a palace with 125 rooms and suites with contemporary Mediterranean charm, combining glamour, sophistication and sensoriality. The hotel is particularly renowned for its exceptional gastronomic offering, with four restaurants led by Chef Christophe Cussac, two of which are Michelin-starred. "Les Ambassadeurs by Christophe Cussac” was awarded 2 Michelin stars just 9 months after opening, while Yoshi, the only Japanese restaurant on the Côte d'Azur, has held a Michelin star since 2010. "Odyssey", located by the pool, captivates with its haute couture design by Karl Lagerfeld. Lastly, the Lobby Bar is glamorous, elegant, and welcoming, satisfying every sweet and savoury craving.
