We've started pinning our way to success! Literally, we started working with Pinterest, we're pinning our days away now. Until recently, Pinterest wasn't really on our radar because it didn't fit into most of our clients' strategies. But it found its place in one and demanded our attention. So, when a client asked us about the potential, we saw that it made sense for their expansion. A lot of sense, actually. So, we got a small team together to work on it and test it.  We're not pros yet, we're not even close. Right now, we're reveling in the learning process. What sets Pinterest apart from other social media platforms is its friendliness and willingness to help users figure out the right strategies and start initial campaigns. We are really happy and thankful for the support Pinterest provides. These past couple of months, we've had some bumps along the way, but who won't when trying something new? But we've also seen some promising results and will replicate what works. If you're not in marketing, you might see the experimentation phase as a time-waster. But for us, it's the cornerstone of everything we do. Trends are evolving faster than ever, so staying stuck in the same routine is a fantastic way to lose an audience. If you've worked with Pinterest, what has your experience been like?

Filip Dimitrievski, Sofija Andonova, Ahmed Siam and Dejan Bikovski are the brains (and hands) behind our 3D designs. They're the biggest team in our agency and can do wonders with a computer, a mouse, and a graphic card that could probably power a small spaceship. What started as placing furniture into a 3D scene has evolved into a deep understanding of interior design. These days, they've become so immersed in the furniture universe that the rest of the team is convinced they've developed their own language. They pepper conversations with terms we can't even repeat and, half the time, we're left nodding along, pretending to understand. These 4 powerhouses can bring a room to life and visualize a space from as little as a few bullet points. And in the end, their work helps people visualize what their future spaces could look like and how big that sofa they like really is. We're very happy to have them around, they know how to make workdays fun.

2000 emails and 126 video meetings later.... we finally met our partner from halfway across the world. Since our meeting point was Istanbul, we can't really say we met in the middle. 🌎 But regardless of their long journey, they were beaming with enthusiasm to discuss current and future plans for the brand. We're so excited to have met the people we've spent hours talking to. And we can't wait to see when and where our next meeting will take place. In the meantime, we'll be off to new challenges together! Mile Georgiev Mitko Andonov Gonce Gjorgieva David Eden Georgina Oxley

Copy = writing about products.  And you see the spirits of our content duo sink like a stone in a pond.  Their passion? Deflated.  Mila Kalajdjieva and Danche Stefanovska-Apostolova don't view copy so superficially. They think about the story behind every sentence they write, find hidden meanings, and badger people about their POV.  Mila's the one behind the posts you see - even the ones with a twinge of cringe (her words).  Danche's the battle-hardened wordsmith. With years of experience, there's no grammar massacre she hasn't cleaned up. She's seen it all. Poor thing.  Together, they ponder the burning questions that keep people up at night, like "Why are fitted sheets so irresistible?" But oh, the challenges they face...  Creating content that's simultaneously engaging, SEO-friendly, and devoid of any dreaded "sell-speak." And on top of all that, the copy must be consistent with the brand voice.  Their jobs also veer into soft psychoanalysis when researching consumer behavior. We don't want to say it but, Freud would be envious.  Or, maybe not.  In any case, being the person who decides the entire content generated by a brand is not for the fainthearted.  And they do it all with a wink and a nod 😉

Clients = partners.  And partners = relationships that persist through thick and thin.  When clients come to us, we always want to offer them more than marketing services.  And we don't mean add-ons they have to pay for, but those that benefit the client outside of our job. We prioritize genunine relationships, which is why clients stay with us for years, not months.  Yesterday, we cheered on our partner, FC Brera Strumica, as they won a crucial match against FC Vardar.  A few members of our team were there - not to work, but to make noise on the stands and show our support.  We choose clients we genuinely believe in, whether it's the product, the people, the mission, or anything that strikes a chord.  FC Brera Strumica checks all the boxes. They're building a strong team, developing young talent, and making a name for themselves in Macedonia and beyond.  Their victory yesterday proved they're on the right track. And we're thrilled to have been there to celebrate with them, both in the stands and the pitch.  But we're especially happy to be a part of this touching celebratory moment 🏆

We shared our digital billboard here back when we first installed it in March (yes, we practically DIY-ed it).  Since then, we've gone from one ad (ours) to over 50.  Our clients and various other businesses have been lighting up the screen for over 3 months now and we still get giddy every time we walk by it.  We think it's the closest thing we'll get to seeing our name in lights. ⭐ We're happy to see our digital billboard grow and evolve and can't wait for more and more businesses to see the benefits of it.  We're keeping this momentum going and are open to showcasing even more dynamic ads.  And we're all ears for any new ideas, always.

Our sales team eats customer complaints for breakfast.  And then turns them into praises.  This dynamic duo is the heartbeat of our agency. They handle everything related to customers with unparalleled dedication, from orders to logistics to delivery for our client e-commerce businesses.  Martin Andoski and Ema Metodieva are a positive pair with one common superpower - multitasking.  In customer support, there are always 10 things that need to be done at once. It's not a job for the faint-hearted.  It's for people who like working with people.  And if you've ever done that before, you'll know that it takes a lot of bravery - people are NOT easy to work with.  But since they're ready to take on the most herculean of tasks, it means they can work under pressure and are always ready for the next challenge.  So, when the next challenge comes, they approach it with kindness and calmness... most of the time.  Our team wouldn't be the same without you guys - we'd be weaker by a dozen stress balls.

We've had our client retention rate over 90% for a while. We're ecstatic about this because it means that we're keeping our clients happy.  But we hate to break the news that we don't have a 'secret recipe' or 'the key to success'.  We only sell what people need when people need it.  No cold calls, no spammy emails.  When we started over 8 years ago, we had one good client that needed many marketing services.  We proved our worth to them, got them results, and learned new tricks along the way, so they began recommending us.  Soon enough, other companies were knocking on our door.  One after another, our partner base grew, and we kept adding the services they were requiring from us. We upskilled every day and eventually became a full-service marketing agency.  And we always start by seeing the big picture for any brand before working with them. There's no time for tunnel vision in digital marketing.  When companies work with agencies who cover all their pain points and help them grow, they won't need to switch.  Of course, we're not perfect.  We've made a wrong estimation here and there and have chosen to work with companies who don't really want our help.  But every mistake is a lesson learned.  And every lesson makes us better for the clients that do want our help.  That's our 'secret'.

We're not all digital marketers in a digital marketing agency. At Eon, we have a beast web dev team of 3 who read between the lines of what our clients need and turn it into code and functional websites. Mile Georgiev Hristijan Kjortoshev Stojanche Kirovski For those of us removed from the inner workings of the websites, they're basically doing magic. But since no job is all glam and no grind, our team agreed that they face a range of challenges on projects. The main culprits identified:     - Future-proofing: Websites break more than New Year's resolutions, so creating sites that stand the test of time is often a Herculean task.      - Integrating: More and more clients want a plethora of apps and tools integrated into their sites - tricky, tricky.     - Securing: Bots and hackers are getting smarter, so clients need assurance that they won't lose their investment due to security issues. These may become a real headache for a developer. But, the secret to tackling these challenges is something beyond one dev: collaboration. Even in a solitary area like coding, having a team to brainstorm and troubleshoot will make a difference. Our team of 3 combines their unique strengths and provides diverse perspectives whenever a problem arises, and that's what makes them work so well together. PS: Yes, they do sometimes work standing up, holding their laptops in their hand. It's not for the picture. It really isn't.

A while ago, we noticed something.  We've been showing you glimpses of our team in action and giving you insight into how we work, but we haven't told you what we actually do.  So, instead of giving you a boring rundown of what our services our, we put together a little video with everything you can get at our agency.  If you're curious, have a look here 👇
