Cold email is not dead, but the old strategies are. Here’s what to do differently now: 👉 Volume Old: Blast 500 emails a day and hope for the best (spray and pray). New: Scale up only after testing small batches to find what resonates (quality + quantity). 👉 Approach Old: Aim for booking a meeting right from the first email. New: Lead with value and wrap it up with a soft CTA. 👉 Message Old: Overload the email with features and service details. New: Focus on the recipient’s challenges and how you can solve them. 👉 Offer Old: Stick to the same generic offer as everyone else. New: Create a unique offer that sets you apart from competitors. 👉 Follow-up Strategy Old: Asking if they saw your previous email. New: Keep the first email short (around 80 words) and use follow-ups to build on the conversation. Cold emails are still effective, but the game has changed. Standing out in crowded inboxes is more important than ever. ✨ Need more meetings from your cold emails? 💌 DM me to find the best approach for your prospects!

5 cold email strategies that work for every B2B outreach: 1️⃣ Personalization - Star with an observation about your prospect or their company - Do your research about their pain points 2️⃣ Instant Value - Share a strategy or tip that actually works - Offer a solution they can easily implement 3️⃣ Make it about them, not you - Use less "We", "I" or "My product/service", and more "You" - Focus on their needs and potential challenges 4️⃣ Keep it short and simple - Aim for mobile-friendly emails with no scrolling - Write as if you're emailing a 6tg grader; get straight to the point 5️⃣ Soft and low-pressure CTA like: 👉 "Mind if I send more info on this?" 👉 "Let me know if it makes sense to connect." 👉 "Want to see how we do it?" 👉 "Open to learning more?" 👉 "Can I send a short video explaining this?" #coldemail

Breakup email ideas that work 👇 (nothing fancy, promise) The purpose of a breakup email in your sequence is to get ANY kind of response. Here are some examples of how to make it more effective: 👉 "Hey {{First Name}}, last email". This is a very short but powerful way to start your breakup email. Mostly because it's very clear you won't be emailing them anymore. If they're interested, they need to reply now. 👉"Hi {{First Name}}, perhaps {{problem}} is not your responsibility. Should I reach out to {{First Name of another person on the team/department}} instead, given their role?" This works because it's very personalized. Looks like you definitely did your research. You can find this info manually or using Clay. Also, it signals that the end of the sequence is coming. 👉 "It seems like my timing is off." 👉 "It seems like you're not ready to explore this." 👉 "It seems like this is not relevant." These labelling examples work because people love correcting others. Simply put, assume why the prospect didn't respond. *Bonus tip: If you want to take it a step further, create a personalized meme for the prospect. Try these out and let me know the results! #coldemail #coldemailing

3 cold email essentials: 1. Deliverability 👉 Number 1 priority. Whatever your goal is, you need to hit the inbox first. - Don't send photos/links/PDFs - Avoid spam words (cash, discount, prize) - No more than 100 emails a day per domain - Keep your bounce rates under 2% 2. Copy 👉 Prospects don't read; they scan - keep that in mind. - Make sure it's short and concise (mobile-friendly) - Less "I" and "My Company", more "You" - Don't sell the process, sell the outcome - Make an offer your competitor wouldn't (it's worth it, promise) 3. CTA 👉 Just as important as the first two. - Don't ask for a meeting in the first email - Make it soft - Use only 1 CTA per email - Make them say the first "yes" without thinking too much #coldemail #coldemailing

Low cold email reply rates? Fix them using these tips: 👉 Personalize: - First Name, Company Name, Job Title - First line or P.S. about something you noticed it's important for them 👉 ICP: - Be as specific as possible - Instead of "helping real estate companies from the USA", say you're "helping small commercial real estate companies from LA" 👉 Subject line: - Referring to the email's body - 1-5 words, all lowercase, internal communication lookalike 👉 Value: - Your offer has to either save them time, save them money or help them make more money - Highlight how you could help with their company's mission 👉 Social Proof: - Has to be a very similar company to theirs - Include specific numbers or percent measuring the success 👉 Content: - Mobile-friendly (no scrolling), around 80 words - 6th-grade level language, very simple 👉 CTA: - No more than 1 CTA - Make them say the first "yes" without thinking too much, don't ask for a meeting #coldemail

Cold email mistake over 90% do: Oversharing in an email. If you share: 👉 a link to see more case studies & 👉 a link to your website & 👉 a booking link you'll only confuse your prospect. Never share them all in one email. Can you guess why? They'll end up not opening any of them. If there's too much action required by a stranger, they'll likely just move on with their day. Make sure there's 1 CTA. Clear, concise and to the point. That's how you write cold emails that convert. #coldemail #coldemailing

Personalizing your email subject lines could be a game changer for three reasons: 1️⃣ Boosts Open Rates: Personalized subject lines make your emails stand out in crowded inboxes. When recipients see their name or something tailored to them, they're more likely to click open. 2️⃣ Builds Connection: Personalization shows you're not just sending out generic messages. It's like having a one-on-one conversation. When people feel recognized and valued, they're more likely to engage with your content and trust your brand. 3️⃣ Increases Engagement: Personalized subject lines make people curious to see what's inside. Whether it's clicking to read more, responding to a question, or taking action, personalized emails spark interest and encourage interaction. #coldemail #coldemailing
