With cyber threats evolving rapidly, having efficient detection and prevention tools is more critical than ever. Ivana explained why Machine Learning (#ML) and Deep Learning (#DL) aren’t always the best fit for this application—highlighting challenges like complexity, data limitations, and false positives. Instead, her solution focuses on leveraging #Wireshark and #TShark, two powerful tools for real-time traffic monitoring, protocol analysis, and anomaly detection. This approach avoids the pitfalls of complex ML models while utilizing the reliability of well-established network traffic analysis tools. How does it work? Ivana’s app integrates: ✅ Angular & TypeScript – for creating a dynamic and user-friendly interface ✅ Node.js – to efficiently process and manage large datasets ✅ SQLite Cloud – for lightweight, efficient data storage without sacrificing performance ✅ Bash Scripting – to automate network traffic analysis, ensuring real-time threat detection The app analyzes and visualizes suspicious activity in network traffic, enabling rapid detection of potential threats. But it doesn’t stop there—it also builds a threat intelligence database that enhances proactive security measures, ensuring users stay one step ahead of #cybercriminals. Our colleagues Blagojco Juca and Goce Bogoevski  conducted a 3-day workshop at our client’s offices in Hamburg, Germany. The focus was on enhancing their processes with tools like #GIT, #GITFlow, #JIRA, and #GitHub Actions. Goce and Blagojcho shared valuable experience of usage of such tools through engaging lectures and hands-on exercises, the goal was to demonstrate how we #leverage these tools in Inellipse for efficient #collaboration and how they can be adapted to the client’s workflows to achieve more #robust and innovative results.
