Recently, ATOM organized a quarterly Townhall filled with activities, awards, and recognitions. It was a great opportunity to celebrate the achievements we had as well as campaigns and activities that defined our second quarter of 2024. Special thanks to everyone for their dedication and hard work even in these challenging times. Our CEO Mr.Ahmad Abdallah, opened the townhall with his encouragement speech to all employees and business updates for this quarter and other CXOs joined the stage for the awards and recognition session and appreciated the outstanding team for their unwavering efforts. In this month of Waso, we organised an internal Waso Robe Offering Ceremony together with our management and employees at Yangon head office. All our employees came together to contribute various kinds of donations including robes and other necessary items and get monk blessing. This is annual occasion that we organises and it also reflect our rich traditional workplace culture. ATOM launches internal Women’s Club with the purpose of significant contribution to a positive work culture, career development, and the overall success of the company by empowering and advancing women in the workplace. Women’s Club is dedicated to fostering a community where women can connect, share experiences, and grow both personally and professionally. Through a variety of programs, events, and networking opportunities, we aim to promote career development and leadership skills, encourage mentorship, collaboration and exchange of ideas, create a supportive and inclusive workplace culture. Investing in the growth and success of women, we are building a stronger, more dynamic, and innovative organization. Recently, ATOM organized an office tour and knowledge sharing session for students from STI Myanmar. This initiative is part of “Beyond Better Future” program with the purpose of empowering and engaging with youths. At ATOM, we are committed to help local talent grow and empowering the future leaders of Myanmar.  We invited over 50 students from STI Myanmar University to our head office at Sule Square for an office tour and knowledge sharing sessions. After the DCEO, U Win Swe’s opening speech, Ko Aung Zaw Wai and Ko Si Thu Myo Myint shared about the technology operations and 5G technology respectively. Lastly, Ko Kyaw Min Thein, lead the knowledge sharing session on how to choose the career effectively that captured the student’s attention. We hope students had a chance to explore ATOM office and learn our working culture to inspire them. We would like to express our gratitude to STI University for this collaboration and students for engagement session. Let’s continue to shape a brighter #BeyondBetterFuture together!
