This is a critical role responsible for maintaining and repairing our facilities and equipment. Job Responsibilities: Perform routine preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues Conduct regular inspections of premises and equipment Maintain inventory of supplies and order replacements as needed Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Coordinate with external contractors when necessary Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs Requirements: 1+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or related field Strong knowledge of electrical, and plumbing systems Proficiency in using various hand and power tools Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints Valid driver's license Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Technical certifications are a plus We offer competitive pay and opportunities for growth Due to the urgent nature of this position, we are looking to hire immediately. We are looking for a new Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Greens Supermarket! (Applicants must reside in Malta) Graphic Designer Responsibilities: · Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials. · Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style and submitting them for approval. · The candidate should have a proven track record of consistently delivering projects on time. · The ideal candidate should have experience thriving in fast-paced environments and be able to handle tight deadlines and high-pressure situations with composure. They should demonstrate the ability to maintain quality and attention to detail even under stressful circumstances. · Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software. · Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary. · Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed. · Communicating with clients about layout and design. · Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Photoshop. · Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary. Graphic Designer Requirements: • Experience as a graphic designer or in a related field would be considered an asset. • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio. • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects. • The candidate should have a proven track record of consistently delivering projects on time. They should be able to manage their time effectively and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of assignments. • The ideal candidate should have experience thriving in fast-paced environments and be able to handle tight deadlines and high-pressure situations with composure, they should demonstrate the ability to maintain quality and attention to detail even under stressful circumstances. • A strong eye for visual composition. • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. • Able to give and receive constructive criticism. • Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design. • Experience with AI tools will be considered an asset.
