NUUN: The new addition to Prohealth’s Nestlé Health Science business

Prohealth recently held its 2024 Business Strategy Seminar, themed “Our Company Growth – Pains and Gains - Moving from “Success-Growth to Take-Off” over two days at The Notch Conference Centre. The Executive Committee members and the Board of Directors, gathered to discuss current challenges and opportunities, as we work towards completion of our 2025 vision and start laying the foundations for our 2030 Vision.   CEO and co-founder Peter Apap set the tone for the seminar, followed by Norman Aquilina, Group Chief Executive of Farsons Group, who provided insights into today’s macroeconomic business climate. Board Consultant Joseph F.X. Zahra then presented “The Four Key Management Factors characterizing the transition from Success-Growth to Take-Off” as an introduction to the collaborative group sessions centred on key strategy areas. The first day ended with a talk by Peter Grech, Founder & CEO of BRNDWGN, on Gen Z in the workplace and the marketplace. Day two was spent reviewing, and discussing the groups’ feedback and subsequently prioritizing areas for further strategic development as we start preparing our Vision 2030.   We extend our thanks to Non-Executive Director, Professor Juanito Camilleri, for his valid contributions, and warmly welcome our new team members, HR Business Partner, Alexander Barbara, and Head Commercial Strategy, David Fenech for whom it was a great opportunity to get to know Prohealth, and the people behind it better, before starting their professional journey with us.   The 2024 Business Strategy Seminar has energised the whole team, creating strong alignment across business units, and a greater sense of purpose and direction to work together towards common business goals. #BusinessStrategy #CorporateSeminar #StrategicPlanning #CorporateGrowth #TeamAlignment #Vision2030

Prohealth launches Galderma’s Restylane® in Libya   Following a successful growth story in Malta since 2011 with our partners Galderma and the launch of the Restylane® portfolio in 2019, we are excited to announce the expansion of Restylane distribution to Libya, in partnership with Alhakeem Co.   The launch event, held on the 23rd May at the Marriott Hotel in Tripoli, was attended by Prohealth CEO Peter Apap, CCO Pio Sciriha, Galderma Brand Manager Kristina S., Galderma Cluster Manager for North and West Africai Afef Zouari, and our Libyan Partner Mohamed Etwijiri, GM at Alhakeem. We were also honored by the presence of the Maltese Ambassador to Libya, Mr. Saliba Charles   The event attracted 100 aesthetic dermatologists from Tripoli and Benghazi. Galderma -Certified doctors, Dermatologist Dr.Nadia Kerkeni and Plastic Surgeon Dr. Kamel Labri from Tunisia conducted talks and demonstrations to showcase the application techniques and benefits of the Restylane® range.   "Our expansion with Restylane® into Libya marks a significant milestone for Prohealth," said Peter Apap, CEO Prohealth.
