Being a leader requires you to be a really good listener. Truly hearing what those around you are trying to share allows you to ask powerful questions to reimagine solutions. That's what our peer coaching program seeks to instill. Last week we held an in-person day-long workshop in Mauritius that activated another 10 peer coaches into our CoffeeChat network.
