Grubmates, Inc. successfully registered trademark IP with worldwide protection. On 19 August 2024, the company received the certificate for the Grubmates® trademark registration with the Industrial Property Office of Mauritius (#IPOM) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Regional Integration & International Trade. Mauritius became a member of the #MadridProtocol system in 2023. This granted local companies the ability to register their trademarks to protect them not only in #Mauritius and other African countries but worldwide (including #Europe and the #USA). The World Intellectual Property Organization – WIPO executes the worldwide protection. Worldwide trademark registration has been one of the legislative milestones for Grubmates, which is on its way to becoming one of the first unicorns of Mauritius.

Today we are celebrating Grubmates, Inc. first anniversary 🥳🎂 It has been a compelling year full of deliveries through sun, rain, and wind. A customer #logistics #business in #Africa turned out to be more challenging than in the US or Europe. Thank you❤️🙏 Since Grubmates plans to become a public company eventually, we strictly adhere to the transparency principle. That is the past year in some pivotal stats we are happy to share publicly: ・$0.0 Customer Acquisition Cost. ・16% MoM sustainable growth rate (x6.5 annual). ・Near 2,000 successful deliveries for nearly 1,000 customers. ・3 months it took to reach sustainable traction and become operationally positive. ・9 months it took to reach the break-even point. ・Every two months new people and companies attempted to copy us, but they failed every time.
