Ce week-end, nous avons eu l’honneur de participer au tournoi de volley-ball inter-entreprises du groupe IBL Together, et nous sommes ravis d’annoncer que l’équipe de HealthActiv en a été l’heureuse gagnante. 🏐 Ce tournoi a rassemblé 16 compagnies dans la joie, la sportivité, le fair-play et la bonne humeur. Un grand merci à tous les participants et aux organisateurs pour cette belle initiative. Our colleague 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐲𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐞, newly promoted as 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞, takes a look back at her incredible journey since she joined HealthActiv and shares with us the keys to an enriching career development. “When I joined the company 5 years ago, as a Category Coordinator in the Wellness & Beauty department, now known as Consumer Health, I was filled with excitement and a thirst for knowledge. From day one, I was embraced by a team of incredible colleagues who enriched my learning experience and encouraged me to take on new challenges. Working with multiple brands from 2019 to 2021 was a transformative period for me. It was during this time that I discovered the true essence of growth — stepping out of my comfort zone and embracing change. In 2022, I was entrusted with overseeing one of the largest portfolios of Consumer Health products, which allowed me to delve deeper into my role, take on new responsibilities, and grow both professionally and personally. In July 2024, I was thrilled to be promoted to Category Executive. As I step into this position, I am committed to building and sustaining our brand portfolio and assisting my team in every way possible. My dedication to our work and our company’s success remains steadfast. As I always say, never give up and seize opportunities when they come your way. Animée par le Pr Brigitte Dréno, cette session a mis en lumière les nouvelles perspectives dans la prise en charge de l’acné, abordant les différents types d’acné, leurs origines, ainsi que les traitements adaptés aux conditions spécifiques de chaque patient. Aujourd’hui, le laboratoire 𝐋𝐚 𝐑𝐨𝐜𝐡𝐞-𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐲 propose un portefeuille de produits innovants en dermocosmétique, formulés avec des actifs ayant démontré leur efficacité et leur tolérance pour une meilleure prise en charge des patients acnéiques. Today, we are delighted to share 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐚’𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞! “My journey within IBL Group started in 2016 when I joined MedActiv, its pharmacy retail chain, as a Cashier. After a couple of years, my journey took an exciting turn when I moved to HealthActiv as a Departmental Assistant in the Sales department, where I gained valuable experience in customer service, from handling customer complaints to tackling administrative tasks. I then transitioned to the Administrative Department and worked there for 5 years. I honed my skills in managing the finer details, supporting my colleagues’ daily tasks, as well as assisting our clients and partners with their queries. In 2023, after completing my undergraduate degree in Business Management, I joined the Supply Chain department as 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭. This progression has been incredibly fulfilling, allowing me to meet and learn from many amazing colleagues across different departments. The opportunities and experience I have had so far have paved the way for my career development. Taking on new challenges to grow within the company have never been an obstacle. Looking ahead, I am eager to pursue my postgraduate studies and further progress in the Supply Chain department. Patience is the key to success: it helps me navigate challenging moments and make better decisions!
