Payroll Assistant Manager Profile and Experience · Bachelor's degree / Human Resources /Business Administration / Accounting · Experience / 8 years or more in Personnel Management Payroll · Labor law · Process Improvement · Administration · IMSS, ISN and Infonavit. Responsabilities · Review the correct payroll process to ensure the payments are on time.(Christmas bonus settlements and liquidations for hourly and salary employees and profit, etc.) · Ensure and review the taxes payments related to payroll (ISN, IMSS and Infonavit). · Support employees and ensure a good personnel service, payroll issues. · Payroll KPI management · Payroll policies and procedures management · Accounting of the area · Ensure payroll records are accounted correctly · Collaboration with the tax area to reconcile stamped payroll and accounting · Verify the payroll stamp · IMSS employer register · IMSS and Infonavit Aditional Benefits · Food coupons · Saving Fund · Life Insurance · Medical insurance · Flex time · Performance Bonus · And more over the law benefits Schedule · 07:00 a 17:00 hrs, (flex time) not working on weekends.
