Sarah Livia Brightwood Szekely oversees operations at Rancho La Puerta, our pioneering 4,000-acre resort and spa founded in 1940 in Tecate, Baja California. Over the past 30 years, she has designed the resort's gardens and buildings, and created its organic farm and culinary center. In addition, she serves as president of Fundación La Puerta, a nonprofit organization supporting the city of Tecate. In 2014, Sarah was honored with the Leader in Sustainability award at the Global Wellness Summit. The private dinner event our last night was an extra special touch (from the food to the music) that will not be forgotten. All of our clients were beyond thrilled.
