The Idea: Can we organise a Free Flea Market where instead of tossing out unused items, we give them a second life? The Reality: Our colleagues showed up with hundreds of items, and the office turned into a buzzing Flea Market. It was fun to see what everyone was decluttering and friendly bargain negotiations. Many items found a new home with someone who truly appreciated it and the rest were #recycled. A win-win for us and the planet! ✨ Wrapping up an incredible 2024 in style ✨ This year’s Christmas pyjama party was filled with laughter, games, and celebrations as we reflected on an eventful year of wins and learnings. From friendly competition to honour our house teams (congratulations to the winners of the seafood buffet!) to recognising our champions of core values and unsung heroes, the evening was truly memorable. As we look ahead to 2025, we’re embracing realistic optimism to tackle the challenges and opportunities ahead. Here’s a glimpse of the joy and camaraderie that made this party one to remember!

NEW SWAG ALERT We recently held a T-shirt design contest at #ComfortWorks. Our goal was to create a company T-shirt that truly reflects our values and spirit. And who better to design it than our own Comforteers? Team members submitted so many creative designs, and everyone got to vote for their favourite. You might notice the different colours—we’ve introduced House Colours! During company-wide games, each house earns points, just like our own version of Hogwarts, but with more fun (and less magic... for now). Here are some snapshots of us rocking the new T-shirts and showing off our house pride during a recent outing to Party Box.

The Spookeasy also served up a feast; lasagna with “toenails”, bat wings and blood bags. The People ops Team truly outdid themselves as half of our menu was homemade!
