This World Mental Health Day, Etika is proud to reaffirm our commitment to "Happiness Made Simple." We are excited to announce our very first Mental Health First Aider training in partnership with the Malaysian Mental Health Association. This program empowers our managers to recognise and address early signs of mental health challenges within their teams, with plans to expand organisation-wide. Norasikin Abdul Rahman, our Vice President of HR, distributed green mental health ribbon pins, hand-packed by the HR team and accompanied by a special note from Etika, to encourage our employees to promote well-being throughout the organisation. We also celebrated unity at our Multicultural Day and ventured into environmental initiatives, planting 100 trees and visiting coral reefs in Tioman Island. 🌍🌿 In addition to our extensive promotion with Astro Shaw for the official launch of Keluang Man x Wonda, the campaign is gaining significant momentum across all broadcast platforms. We also enjoyed the opportunity to collaborate with Friends of River Malaysia (FoRM) and the Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE) for a CSR fun-run activity known as Larian Denai.
