NOMO SDN BHD being acquired by PowerNow Japan and incorporate PowerNow (Asia) in July 2019 with the aim of become world’s leading mobile charging service provider. NOMO will change its branding to PowerNow and using PowerNow machines in South East Asia starting September 2019. PowerNow specializes in providing customers with mobile charging solutions, and providing charging rental services for commercial complexes, transportation hubs, restaurants and entertainment businesses, tourist attractions and large-scale exhibitions. It achieves full self-service rentals with human-computer interaction and helps merchants to enhance their additional services. PowerNow's powerbank includes Lightning, Mirco-USB, and Type-C charging cable, which can be adapted to various phone models. Users can rent the powerbank at point A and return it to point B.
