Save this post for later. Dear future candidates, here’s how you can make the most out of your upcoming career fairs in 2025: 1. Come with a Plan. Do your research on the companies you’re interested in. Look up their recent successes, key initiatives, and roles that match your skills and goals. Knowing how you align with their mission will help you ask smart questions and show recruiters why you’re a great fit. The goal is to create genuine conversations - not just scan a QR code and drop a resume. 2. Connect Deeper. Don’t just follow the company’s LinkedIn page; take it a step further. Ask the company rep who you should connect with for the roles that interest you. Send a quick message after the fair, mentioning that you spoke with their representative, share your enthusiasm for the company, and express interest in staying connected. This shows you’re serious and proactive about joining their team. 3. Leave a Lasting Impression. Within a few days, follow up with a thank-you email or message. Mention any highlights from your conversation and reinforce why you’re excited about the company and its opportunities. This small gesture reflects professionalism and helps keep you memorable as recruiters sift through potential candidates. With these steps, you’ll stand out from the crowd and bring yourself closer to landing your dream role. Make every moment count! #NCFbyTalentbank
