Responsibilities:
Promote sustainable business growth of key customers in the region.
Understand customer business needs and goals, and proactively communicate with customers.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, regulatory, and customer support, to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Develop market development strategies, formulate customer sales plans, and provide timely and accurate data and sales forecasts.
Negotiate with other departments to assist in formulating and implementing annual marketing plans and work within the scope of the business plan.
Represent the company at industry-related trade shows, associations, and events.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a related field.
Min 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, product development, or technical services in the chemical or polymer industry.
Experience with AO or UV additives preferred, ideally having worked in a trading company or end customer.
Technical experience with an interest in transitioning to sales is also considered.
Responsible for the Southeast Asia market, mainly Indonesia and Malaysia.
Able to adapt to frequent travel (50%).
