I had the privilege of representing Basecamp Business Incubator at the Bank of Namibia’s Thought Leadership event on Leveraging Innovation for Green Finance. My panel focused on how to use Fintech and Innovation as catalysts in achieving sustainability. In my contribution, I emphasised the importance of unlocking early-stage financing to foster the emergence of the next generation of sustainable startups and SMEs. I also highlighted the crucial role of regulators like NAMFISA and the Bank of Namibia in shaping a supportive ecosystem that enables innovative, sustainable businesses to thrive in Namibia.

The Local Pig Butchery has made it into the Top 5 FNB Basecamp Business Incubation Programme - Export Programme! This is a huge step forward for us as we continue our mission to support sustainable pig farming and provide high-quality pork products to northern Namibia and beyond.
