The affordable housing lottery has launched for 375 Lefferts Avenue, an eight-story residential building in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn. Designed by S. Wieder Architect with interiors by Classic Image, and developed by Leo Greenfield, the structure yields 41 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 13 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $98,915 to $156,130.

New tenants get three months free rent with lease signing. Residences come with air conditioning, dishwashers, hardwood floors, name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes, and patios or balconies in select units. Amenities include virtual doorman, intercoms, gym, shared laundry room, bike storage lockers, and a garage with assigned parking spaces and electric vehicle charging stations. Tenant are responsible for electricity, which includes stove and heat.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are three studios with a monthly rent of $2,885 for incomes ranging from $98,915 to $138,840, and ten one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,950 for incomes ranging from $101,143 to $156,130.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than May 8, 2023.
