We had an engaging and interactive virtual session during the Mentor Meet-Up Session (3.2) at the University of Zambia, Lusaka, where mentors shared impactful personal experiences and guided the girls on key topics: young women's leadership, recognizing their power to drive community impact, leveraging technology for growth, and using LinkedIn for job readiness. Humbled to share that, a few months ago I was chosen to undergo an intense women mentorship program by @Abdul Samad Rabiu initiative Africa. ASR Africa . I have learned a lot so far and I don't regret saying yes to this great opportunity. Many thanks to our mentors who have spared their time in imparting knowledge in me and my colleagues. The following have been my key take away points: Know yourself as a woman there's power in self-awareness . Do not be afraid to embark on the journey to self-discovery. Know what your values are and live by them ( My values: Family, Self respect, Integrity, Trustworthiness, and many more). Do not be afraid to dream and to make your dream a reality. Love yourself. Know your name and what it means to you. Create a map of your life. Use social Media in order to change the world, stop misusing the resources. As a woman be ready to embark on the leadership roles no matter how hard it is go grab it. It is important to note that this mentorship program has made a huge impact that I am going to give it to the next generation.
