As we reflect on women's progress in the workplace, it’s sobering to consider that true parity is still nearly 50 years away, according to McKinsey’s Women in the Workplace 2024 report. While strides have been made, it’s clear that more intentional action is needed. At the current pace, white women may achieve leadership parity in 22 years, but for women of colour, the timeline is more than double.
