Grow Strong Foundation, in partnership with UNICEF Nigeria and collaboration with the Borno State Ministry of Justice, hosted a #workshop on diversion programs. The workshop aimed to explore effective strategies for reducing the prison population and #promoting rehabilitation within the #justice system. The sessions were insightful and included presentations on Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) for #child survivors, alternative dispute resolution, and the implementation of protocols for #children in contact with the #law. #gsf #Childprotection #unicefproject

At Grow Strong Foundation, we believe that a safe, well-managed, and supportive learning environment is essential for children's success. As part of our ongoing efforts under the #NRC-ECHO #Project, we are currently conducting a training for teachers, School-Based Management Committee (SBMC) members, and facilitators to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to create a safe and effective learning space. During this training, participants are engaging in key discussions on: ✅ Classroom Management ✅ Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) ✅ Psychosocial Support ✅ Referral Pathways By empowering educators and community stakeholders with these critical skills, we are working together to build safer, more inclusive, and nurturing learning environments for every child. #Gsf #empowering #childprotection
