Have you successfully led financial operations at a plant level, working closely with site leadership? If so, the Brewery Finance Manager – Benin Brewery role could be the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: Oversee management financial reporting, including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements, as well as other decision-support analyses. Develop and lead an expert Operations Finance function on-site, focusing on performance management, decision support, and process/control excellence. Prepare Management Financial Performance reports for the site, covering waste, productivity, cost centres, maintenance, utilities, energy efficiency, and overall productivity. Ensure a robust financial control environment, conducting on-the-job and off-the-job training on company policies and procedures. Provide strategic financial guidance to the site, ensuring proper General Ledger (GL) usage, conducting daily GL and cost center reviews, and ensuring expenditures remain within the approved budget. Qualifications & Experience: A first degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with a recognized professional accounting qualification (ICAN, ACCA). At least 9 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry across various finance functions. Experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and management accounting is an advantage. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence, communicate effectively, and solve complex financial challenges. Proficiency in SAP and other accounting software. Road Safety is a Shared Responsibility! Last week at the Excellence Hotel, Ogba, we officially flagged off the 2024 Ember Months Campaign in collaboration with the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC). This year’s theme, “Speak Up Against Dangerous Driving: Crashes Kill More Passengers than Drivers,” urges everyone—especially passengers—to actively advocate for safe driving practices. Our Managing Director, Girish Sharma, delivered an inspiring keynote, emphasizing that silence is not an option when lives are at stake. Road safety is a collective duty, and we must all play our part.
