In attendance were our JV Partners, NNPC Exploration & Production Limited (NEPL) and Shoreline Natural Resources Limited (SNRL), along with other Stakeholders. One of the highlights of the first day was the sponsor’s remarks by our CEO, Ado Oseragbaje, during the topical issues workshop, delivered by Rev. Ado set the tone for the panel session, where seasoned industry experts discussed the sub-theme: "The Outlook of the Nigerian Oil & Gas Industry, Post IOC Divestments and Exits: Challenges and Opportunities." The day ended with an Oil Industry Night & Awards Dinner, during which Heritage Energy received an award for sponsoring the Topical Issues workshop. On the second day, our GM, Government JV & External Relations Adesola Adebawo, moderated a panel session sub themed: “Unlocking Upstream Value: Developing Markets, Trade Access, and Facilitating Partnerships, in Midstream and downstream.” Captains of Industries on hand, did justice to the subject. CEO Heritage Oil Ltd.

2 Years & Counting, gaining momentum...... Two years! A seemingly short time, yet when focused transformation happens.... In the past 2 years as CEO of Heritage Oil, there has been tremendous change and impact. As I reflect on the progress, growth and learnings, a few things stand out. First, progress in operational integrity, as we proudly announce a milestone of 587 LTI-free days, reflecting our collective efforts in occupational health and safety.  I do appreciate my highly talented team at Heritage Energy for this achievement and others! We’ve increased production and have mobilised three rigs for workovers and drilling. We also continue to progress our gas exploitation both by working on Flared Gas reduction and Gas Development project as part of our commitment to a cleaner more sustainable future. Over the years, the OML30 GMoU funded several initiatives contributing to development within OML 30. We were recently given an award by the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Warri, for the impact of OML 30 scholarship scheme and the Student Industrial Work Experience (SIWES) programme in our operation. Our activities extended to healthcare, with HEOSL facilitating a project for the renovation of two dilapidated primary health centres and providing free medication to community members. It’s been exciting journey thus far, working with a talented and motivated team and I look forward to the journey ahead with excitement!
